YOUR MAINTENANCE SOLUTION PROGRAM INCLUDES:

Each quarter, our experienced installer visits your site to audit all items on our checklist, developed from consumer audit scoring metrics and contributing to your brand excellence.

Be assured that all the bases are covered. Upon completion of your quarterly BAM visit, the site checklist will give you assurance that any outstanding issues have either been resolved or are documented for your review.

Your quarterly report includes delivery of standardized pictures showing all the areas that matter from the perspective of brand maintenance. You will get an instant view of your store’s interior, exterior, fueling areas, lot, canopy fascia and decking and each pump face.

Each quarterly visit includes full touchups of your site’s columns, bollards, pump islands and MID sign poles.
For total peace of mind regarding site painting, select the “Site Painting” enhancement to your program and we will perform a full round of site painting at a 25% discounted rate during our Q2 or Q3 audit. -
Select the canopy cleaning enhancement to enjoy a steeply discounted rate ($0.175/SqFt) on a canopy and fascia cleaning to be performed each year during our Q2 or Q3 visit.
