Each quarter, our experienced installer visits your site to audit all items on our checklist, developed from consumer audit scoring metrics and contributing to your brand excellence.

Your quarterly report includes delivery of standardized pictures showing all the areas that matter from the perspective of brand maintenance. A full list of pictures provided can be found here:

Each quarterly visit includes full touchups of your site’s columns, bollards, pump islands and MID sign poles.
For total peace of mind regarding site painting, select the “Site Painting” enhancement to your program and we will perform a full round of site painting at a 30% discounted rate during our Q2 or Q3 audit. -
Select the canopy cleaning enhancement to enjoy a steeply discounted rate ($0.175/SqFt) on a canopy and fascia cleaning to be performed each year during our Q2 or Q3 visit.

Automatic replacement of squeegees and nozzle covers during visits (billed annually).

Annual canopy deck and fascia cleaning at preferred pricing ($0.175/sq ft), scheduled during Q2 or Q3.
Site Painting
Annual repainting of columns, bollards, pump islands and curbing at a 30% discounted rate, scheduled during Q2 or Q3.
